Sidebar in ChatGPT Not Displaying All Pinned GPTs

Hello! I’m experiencing an issue where the sidebar in the ChatGPT web version doesn’t show all my pinned GPTs. Interestingly, all my pinned GPTs display correctly in the Android app, but not on the web. I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Has anyone else encountered this problem, and if so, is there a fix or workaround? Thanks in advance for any help!

Here almost the same. Some private and few public. Max 4. And not all. For a few days already.

I’m having the same problem. I have 5 pinned GPTs but if I try to pin 1 more, 2 of them disappear, including the one I just pinned. Please help?

Same problem but only on the browsers. In the android and ios app I have no issue.

Same problem here. Tested in a variety of different browser, and the problem remains the same.

Mobil works just fine.

As a tip, in a conversation you can use “@” and get a response from your other GPTs, but … yeah.

I am having the same problem. I don’t even see how you pin a GPT. But the primary GPT I use is no longer in the side bar. This is EXTREMELY inconvenient.

I have the same problem since November 8; I cannot access the ‘Create Custom GPT’ feature on my PC and smartphone. On my smartphone, I can see my GPTs on the side, but since the 8th, and worse, a few of my GPTs have been deleted automatically. The support service tells me to ‘clean cache, use another browser, etc…’, but nothing works. It seems to be a problem for many people, and some had this issue before me. Just a few minutes ago, I was able to recreate a GPT, but another GPT disappeared. In ‘My GPTs’, all my GPTs are still labeled ‘Untitled’. I have seen that other people had the same problem before me. I hope they find a solution as soon as possible because this is causing lost workdays for some of us.

Same problem here since a couple weeks ago. I only see 4 CustomGPTs but I have more pinned.

I’m experiencing the same problem. Had over 40 GPTs in the sidebar, now I only see like 4. Nothing seems to work.

They moved the pinned GPTs out of the sidebar. The sidebar shows 4-5 (not sure how those are determined). The rest can be accessed directly from the dialogue box. Start typing the ‘@’ and your list of pinned GPTs will come up.

It works! Thank you so much! :grinning:

It is weird if this is the intention.

It doesn’t turn the chat to that GPT. It only works for that line you type. You have to continue to use @ and the GPT if you want that same one. Keeping an ongoing conversation will be difficult as you have to keep remembering to use the @.

Second, it works perfectly fine on the mobile app. As it should. It lists a fiew, and then a clickable text that says “…and X more”.

I use custom GPTs so much, that I can’t work like this. I am stopping my subscription to ChatGPT if this isn’t fixed soon as it a deciding factor for me.

I totally agree. I just read about the @ command in the message box. What an absurd UX decision.

Full sidebar is back on my ChatGPT. Thank you!

Yes, mine is back as well. I am assuming this is a fix they are rolling out to everyone.

This issue just started for me today, but it is in the android app, not the Web.

I have had the same issue for more than a week.

Same here.

I cannot see several of my rag gpts in the sidebar anymore.

Easy fix is to make the personal gpt list scrollable

I used to be able to see my gpts in the horizontal bar but that was removed a few weeks ago

Is anyone going automated QA in openai?
