Why is the option to select multiple chats of chatgpt with CTRL and SHIFT to archive/delete not developed yet or even a checkbox to do this?
Organization is key when working and little stuff makes a difference…

i´m agree, I would like to request a multiple selection feature to delete chats more quickly and efficiently. Currently, you can only delete one chat at a time or delete them all at once.

My suggestion:
Implement a feature that allows users to select and delete multiple chats at once. This could be achieved with checkboxes or a “Select All” option.
I believe many users, including myself, would greatly appreciate this improvement. Thank you for your fantastic work and for continuously improving the platform!
e.g.
Currently, chats in the left navigation panel have to be deleted individually through the context menu, followed by a confirmation dialog. This process becomes quite time-consuming when there are many chats to manage.
This is really a great suggestion when I think about it. It’s basic but it should save quite some time when I want to archive/delete chats. How is this still not a feature…

i can’t help but think the extensive history is causing chatgpt to become very slow and unresponsive - i can hardly use it at all lately - is there any word from company on issuews around it slowing down and complaints - and could the history play a role - i bet if i create new account it will be fast again ? but really don’t want to cancle and start new under new email but ability to delete all history is great ide?
