Security researcher warned for cyber abuse

Hi,

I’ve been a pentester/red teamer/security searcher for 12 years.
I tried to link my linkedin/github/blog, but links are not allowed here.
I use codex extensively either to help me in developping red teaming technologies that I then blog about, and from time to time to create proof of concepts that help my customers assess the impact of their vulnerabilities.
On the 14th of June I was issued a warning for “cyber abuse”. It was the second time, but the first time I appealed, explained my use case, and the warning was lifted.
This time though I got a mail today saying the warning was uphold.

I’m not sure what triggered the warning, but all the tools I work on have always been on authorized systems.

Any way to lift this warning, as I don’t think what I do is against the usage policy ? I get that my usage may appear sensitive when viewed without context. Is there a way to avoid that kind of warning ?

Kind regards
