Repeatedly getting rate limits (text-davinci-003) even though we're on a company account

Rate limit reached for default-text-davinci-003-playground in organization org-***************** on requests per min. Limit: 10.000000 / min. Current: 20.000000 / min. Contact support@openai.com if you continue to have issues.

Anyone else seeing this problem? I was able to trigger it even when making sure that I was not sending requests more frequently than once every 10 seconds. Seems like the error code is getting returned incorrectly

I am getting the same error over and over. didnt find a solution yet. We can keep in touch.

Try switching from text-davinci-003-playground, to text-davinci-003. I’m pretty sure the -playground one is rate-limited. I actually don’t even see the -playground listed anymore.
