Really need the ability to speak voice to it and have it use and edit a Canvas

This is an obvious, logical, next step.
I love the ability to work on projects while commuting to and from work, or otherwise, but the AI loses its place/memory without a Canvas to anchor it.

I’ve noticed The Canvas works as a short term memory for it, and this is beneficial on so many levels, especially since its long term memory seems to fill up with unnecessary junk, but also isn’t useful for immediate projects.

I have used voice to text throughout my life with various results, often not very good results.

ChatGPT with voice and Canvas at the same time is the ultimate voice to text for writing all sorts of things from emails and memos, to novels or at least chapters or paragraphs for a novel, other creative writing, and whatever else.

I can’t literally say I -need- voice interaction and Canvas ability at the same time, since I’ve lived without it my entire life, but this is something I desire very strongly and as someone paying $20 a month would make the cost worth it to me.

I came to this forum to ask for the same thing.

Would otherwise love to see an interview mode. Where the bot can do a voice interview with me while using the Canvas in parallell as an interview guide and for keeping notes.

I think a good interview mode is the next step for these models to perform research that goes beyond the literature research.
