I’m writing to request a hybrid ChatGPT interface that would allow simultaneous voice and text interaction. Currently, when using voice mode, the text chat becomes hidden. For creative and collaborative tasks—especially those involving writing, editing, or referencing earlier parts of the conversation—being able to speak to ChatGPT while also viewing and editing the ongoing text chat would significantly enhance workflow and productivity.
For example, as a filmmaker and writer, I’m frequently referencing previous notes, script elements, or detailed feedback provided earlier in the conversation. A hybrid voice/text mode would streamline this creative process dramatically.
