Rate Limit Form - am I filling it out wrong?

I filled out a rate limit increase about 3 weeks ago with no response whatsoever.

On the OpenAI Rate limits doc, it says that we have to include data in the ‘Share evidence of need’ section of the form, but in the first place there is no such section as far as I can tell?

This is the usage so far since our project’s release. As you can see, usage was high on day 1, but has since fallen off a lot due to issues with the rate limit. At this point a lot of users have given up on trying to use our service, which has caused our daily usage to fall to around $40~$50 per day. We still get a lot of user complaints every day about not being able to properly use our service due to their requests getting rejected.

Our model is gpt-3.5-turbo-0613 so it is a model that allows for rate increase. We’ve already implemented all of the suggested error mitigations and I’ve tried talking to customer service to no avail. Am I doing something wrong??

The developer forum has no ability to expedite Rate Limit/Usage Limit increases .

I understand it is frustrating when you do not receive a reply right away, however, the limit increase request form is currently the correct way to do this.

You can also use the help bot at help.openai.com (bottom right hand side icon) but I would imagine you will get a similar answer.

Note that you typically need at least a full months data before a determination can be made.

Just figured I’d check with other people to see if I’m missing anything. Thanks for at least letting me know I’ve been doing it correctly.
