Hey, I have a GPT called Matlab and just had a person who works at matlab connect with me on linkedin. They are making their own GPT, so im thinking they might ask me to take mine down. But im a bit curious on how all this copyright stuff works. Anyone been in a similar situation?
They have a trademark on their business name and product name in their line of business.
If there is reasonable chance of marketplace confusion or harm, direct action can be taken against you to serve an injuction or to obtain relief from damages with the help of the legal system.
It is not copyright where they have to send any “takedown notice”.
