I have created my ChatGPT account via Google authentication method. I used to log in using Google, and everything was working fine. Now for the past weeks, I haven’t been able to log in on my account anymore
Our company switched from Google to Microsoft, and I am no longer able to log in on my account. If I try to use Microsoft authentication method, it says that it cannot find my email.
If I try to log in just using my email account, it gives me this:
You tried signing in as “email@email.com” using a password, which is not the authentication method you used during sign up. Try again using the authentication method you used during sign up.
So it says to me that I should log in via Google, but that’s not possible anymore, as my Google account is deactivated. How can I log in on my account or deactivate the account and create a new one?
