I’m thinking about offering a subscription service for my Shell completion plugin (GitHub - tom-doerr/zsh_codex: This is a ZSH plugin that enables you to use OpenAI's Codex AI in the command line.).
When can I submit this for review? I don’t want to build all of the infrastructure only for my application to then get rejected.

Cool idea. I’m pretty sure you can submit your application now. As long as you can demo what you’re trying to do, which it looks like you can based on what you have. Even if it’s not approved, they will tell you why.
Yeah OpenAI usually communicates pretty well and will tell you if and why your application got rejected, then tell you how you might be able to fix it. Also if you need something for an application you can usually work it out with them.
