I just confirmed that Plus users can use the ChatGPT 4.5 model. But I don’t know what the specific usage restrictions are? I searched for the official document and searched for relevant content, but still couldn’t find it.

I also would like to know this!! Saw a post of a team user run into their limit at around 50 I believe based on previous scenarios that would mean only around 25 for plus. I’m hoping it has a limit more around 25 to 40/3 hours instead of weekly. I just hit my research limit and it won’t reset until the 28th! 
I got access to the ChatGPT 4.5 model on my Plus account this morning in Melbourne, Australia. After sending around 20 messages, I received a prompt informing me that I have 25 messages remaining until the limit resets in 7 days. It seems this is a weekly message limit. I wonder whether it is ~ 45 messages per week.

According to a post on X, there isn’t a specific limit. The term used is “sizeable rate limit”, suggesting that the limit will be changed depending on demand.
I heard someone say 50 per week which is higher than I was expecting.
When I first started to use 4.5 this morning I asked as a Plus user what my rate limit was and it said no rate limit. Then I get a message saying I have 5 responses left till march 13th… that is a week from now. Just want them to be transparent about these rate limits like they were with O1 and O3 mini.
As a ChatGPT plus users, I just got this message:
You have 25 responses from gpt-4-5 remaining.
If you hit the limit, responses will switch to another model until it resets March 13, 2025.
And i’ve probably sent ~21-25ish messages to 4.5 recently; so I would guess somewhere between a 45-50 message limit per week for Plus users currently based on that.
Yes, I can confirm the limit is around 50 messages – because of the message (25 remaining). I hope the limit will be higher very soon. I would be happy if someone has insights on whether the limit changes.
Unlikely, as running cost is very high.
What ticks me off is that AFAIK, 4.5 is what 4o used to be called and 4o seems to be an entirely new model. I paid the $200 to get Deep Research for a specific use case (which it performed stunningly well on), but now that that’s over with I’ll be going back to the $20/month Plus. I use CharGPT a lot, and being limited to 50 queries/week for 4.5 would be incredibly limiting for experiencing the kind of depth and richness I’d enjoyed previously :-/

This is based on experience with prior models vs 4.5, but FWIW I’ve found rate limits are highly dependent on what you’re doing: Highly repetitive prompts seem to hit the limit quickly, while more natural and/or deeper conversations seem to get a pass.
I dunno anout 4.5 limits because I’ve been defaulting to 4o for the better TTFT and token rates, but they appear to have entirely changed-out what they’re calling 4o and I’ve gotten really tired of its rigidly robotic personality. - It’s also royally screwed up some more complex tasks that I’m pretty sure the previous 4o would have managed OK.
I’m going to switch to 4.5 as my default and see how that goes, hopefully no limits.
Can any whales tell me what the limits to 4.5 are for Pro (not Plus) users?

I also noticed that my ChatGPT-4.5 has a weekly message limit. but when I checked elsewhere, it claimed that ChatGPT-4.5 is supposed to have a 3 hour reset, or is that for Pro Users.
