Does anyone know why Sora’s video creation is disabled? I’ve Plus sub and I can only create images in Sora.

I experienced this, where the input box was only offering images. The solution was to turn off all ad blockers and privacy guard type features and do a hard-refresh on the base sora.com site url. This picks up on the the new deployed features and synchronizes the local data, which if it still doesn’t fix it, clearing local browser and storage and cache might be the next fix.
Then simply verify you see the same symptom in a different web browser that has not visited the site (likely requiring an email 2-factor you didn’t sign up for).

It was just enabled day before! However, the videos that I’m making are not up to the hype it created since the teaser. I might cancel the sub.
I am getting issues now as a pro subscriber, can’t reach the page on desktop.
