Plus membership fee got refunded but ChatGPTPlus still works

I made a subscription with email id: on March 20,2023 (IST)
Some of the amount of the subscription was refunded but the Plus membership still works.
My card details and address isn’t visible in profile section and when I add any card, it shows: Your Card is Declined.
I don’t want my membership to stop working after the month ends, it’s part of my workflow now.
Also, Chat option isn’t working for me.
