Plugin with Trust and Safety for 2 weeks

My Plugin has been with Trust and Safety for 2 weeks in an “In Progress” state and there is no correspondence. It is with Ezekiel but I have no way of checking for any kind of update. Any recommendations on how to get an idea of time scales? We are launching a product and the plugin is part of it.
