Yes my Code runner plugin was also rejected because of this security issues while i just changed URL of Plugin and re-submitted thats it they changed their policy and rejected it.

did you read it properly it was already approved , it was re-submission with just Plugin URL changed thats it, how can they not approve it when its already in Plugin store?
