Today I was working with the integration of EFI Pro “Gerencia Net,” which is a very broad API. Unfortunately, ChatGPT wasn’t able to handle it, so I had to send the entire API in JSON format.
I believe this caused my account to exhibit some suspicious behavior, or maybe it’s because I use ChatGPT on both the Windows app and the browser, sometimes using one or the other?
Anyway, here are the results:
I can no longer send attached files.
I send 10 code files, and ChatGPT only recognizes 3.
When I ask for a return without removing or restricting anything, it sends me a short code.
The response time is much faster, and there’s a noticeable strange behavior.
Anyway, my account is definitely LIMITED.
I need it to work.
I invite you to review the IPs of my account; ONLY I use it, and it has never been shared, always with code, mainly.
Please, I kindly ask you to lift the restriction.
Thank you.

2 additional situations:
a) I sent 9 Python text files in ChatGPT and asked them to tell me the names:
- On my computer, marked above, ChatGPT responded with 3 names.
- On my phone, marked below, 9 files!
In other words, I can’t use my account on my computer.
Scenario B The same code, analyzing an API.
- Sent from my computer (excess characters)
- Sent from my phone (accepted and received)
How do I get my money back, so I can buy another account with a different email?
It’s impossible to talk to support.
It seems my account was “restricted” and no one cares. The company couldn’t give less of a damn. I’ll have to pay again (even though I’ve never shared my account).
GPT. IF YOU USE IT FOR WORK, GET READY TO BUY MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS OR SWITCH TO ANOTHER AI
HERE ARE SEVERAL PIECES OF EVIDENCE OF A LIMITED ACCOUNT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- CHATGPT DOES NOT READ DOCUMENTS
- VERSIONS O3 MINI, O3 MINI HIGH, AND PREVIEW – ALL RESTRICTED. THEY DON’T THINK FOR MORE THAN 10 SECONDS
- THEY DON’T DELIVER COMPLETE CODE.
I’d like to say that it resolved itself—I just stayed a few days without using it… and miraculously, it went back to normal. (I also logged out of all sessions.)
Sometimes the account bugs again, and I switch the access method—if I’m using the app, I switch to the browser, and so on. If one doesn’t work properly, I use the other, and that has been working.
Everything is resolved! I appreciate ChatGPT, as I see it’s getting better and better, despite the occasional issues we face.
