No solution was found. I requested the deactivation of the account linked to the APIs and asked for a refund of my credit. Then, I created a new API account using a Gmail address without SSO. F

Got the same link today and it worked for me too. Also just want to say that I did het support within an hour of raising the issue including the follow up when I said their check spam boilerplate wasn’t the issue!
