Is there anywhere I can promote my custom GPT’S and get feedback on them?, if there’s an area here can I also promote my Characters from character.ai? Which was built using ChatGPT api.

Yes, with the text used to describe the custom GPT which will appear when a user sees the information when searching for a custom GPT.
This forum is not for advertising custom GPTs because if it were allowed then there would thousands of such and just trying to weed out the false ones from the real ones is not practical.
