Persistent Issue Accessing Excel Files After Initial Successful Access

I am experiencing a persistent issue with ChatGPT accessing an Excel file. Here is the context:

  1. Initially, I was able to access the Excel file with ChatGPT about three weeks ago. The file was analyzed successfully; the sheets were listed, and some details were correctly extracted.
  2. Since then, all attempts to access the file have failed. I have tried uploading the same Excel file multiple times in different formats (Excel, CSV, TSV) without success. Each time, a technical error occurs that prevents ChatGPT from opening and analyzing the file.
  3. Error Message: “GetDownloadLinkError - Encountered exception: <class ‘file_service_client.client.GetDownloadLinkError’>”.

I have attempted to upload different files in the same or different formats (Excel, CSV, TSV), but none have worked, and I keep encountering the same error message.

Could this issue be related to a recent limitation in the environment or a change in how files are handled by ChatGPT? Is there any solution to resolve this issue or an alternative way to proceed?
