How long does it take to fix the error with the Plus subscription?

I bought Plus a month ago. It worked for a week and suddenly stopped. The dashboard shows that I have a free subscription even though I paid $20. Today OpenAI charged my card again for $20. In the profile settings there is no word about my subscription. I have called back to support 6 times and no response at all for 3 weeks. Who is going to fix this and when!
