I would like to open a support ticket but i dont know where to open one. My organization is verified, shows as verified, but in the usage tab, it still ask me to verify. On the other hand i have met all the criteria to go to tier 2, but still stuck on tier 1. Does anybody knows what is happening here?
How long it’s been since you verified? It can take some time depending on your case.

I completed verification, why am I still seeing “not verified” errors?
After successfully completing verification, it can take up to 30 minutes for existing API keys to reflect the updated access. If you prefer immediate access, you can create a new API key, which will work immediately.
If it takes longer than 30 minutes you can go to the lower right icon in that link to open a ticket.
Tier is not auto-promoted after time elapses. It is only recalculated upon a new payment.
If you’ve paid more than a tier limit and it was only the time elapsed that previously prevented gaining a new tier, you can make another minimum purchase of credits to trigger that recalculation.
What is “usage tab”?
