Organization could not be verified, what is SENTINEL_FRONTIER_ELIGIBLE?

Similar to other I see message “Organization could not be verified” , there was a button which on click 1 time show show this message. It never asked me any verification or question.

Upon checking in browser developer console menu (while in openai dashboard) I’m seeing
organization verification api request which return 3 things in api response

  1. inquiry_types: [“TRUSTED_ORGANIZATION”] , verification_status: “APPROVED”, verification_type: “BILLING_DETAILS”

  2. inquiry_types: [“TRUSTED_ORGANIZATION”] , verification_status: “NOT_STARTED”, verification_type: “PERSONA_SELFIE_AND_ID”

  3. inquiry_types [“TRUSTED_ORGANIZATION”], verification_status: “DECLINED”, verification_type: “SENTINEL_FRONTIER_ELIGIBLE”

Any one know what is SENTINEL_FRONTIER_ELIGIBLE ??

Is a personal developer from Thailand allowed for this??

I have never been prompted for selfie or any id request earlier as well.
