I tried to verify my organization with the OpenAi platform suggested procedure. How it works: a link is sent to you by OpenAI 's partner Pesona.com. Clicking on the link starts upload of a personal document and facial recognition with camera from phone. Unfortunately, my first attempt failed. Trying to restart the procedure does not work, because I always land on the “failed attempt” page and there seems no way to generate a new clean link. Contacting OpenAI support looks impossible: no support email found, only a “AI driven bubble” that is useless…Any suggestions ? Thanks a lot in advance
