I had manus before Operator and Manus had more use cases but Operator would just it right more often. Useless if it doesn’t work though.

Hello! Just gave it a spin and Operator successfully auto‑typed into the Booking.com flight‑search fields (see screenshot), so I couldn’t reproduce the issue.

Can confirm the issue persists. When attempting data entries Operator stops every 5-10 seconds and says “something went wrong” you click retry and it continues working for another 5-10 seconds and stops again. Note that I was using the exact same set up a month ago and had no issues so it is not a local issue. (I also did try switching browsers, incognito etc all the normal trouble shoots)
Running tests only on how well it performs typing into a web field seems to not have encompassed the full issue. Try running tests on sample data entrees or anything more complex involving entering text into fields.
I have the same issue; tasks that Operator was able to do previously, it no longer can do. Plus, when I take control, most of the time, I cannot even click and interact with the browser. I used to be able to do all of these operations seamlessly. #OpenAI_Support ; you have to fix this!!
Not working for me. Same error as described above. Have tried multiple browsers, multiple systems and networks in multiple locations. Cache has been cleared, logged in and out, The whole 9… $200 a month is pretty steep for this to not work.
Im also having the same issue, I have a saved task I run every few days and as of last week or so I continually see “Something went wrong. Please try again.” after a min or so of it working perfectly fine!
They fixed it, working normally as far as I can see.

Operator is still having major issues. I’m getting a “Forbidden” error with any website it tries to access - including openai.com.
Seconding this. ChatGPT Agent is working for websites I try, but every website I try to go to on Operator shows up as “Forbidden”. @OpenAI_Support - this has showed up as an issue for me since at least last night (7/19/25).
I’m also receiving a ‘Forbidden’ error on a site that isn’t a mainstream service, so it’s unlikely to be blocked by the provider. It worked a few weeks ago but has since stopped. This is becoming quite frustrating considering the ”premium” subscription.
It’s back working for me. Hopefully it lasts and is working for everyone else ![]()
