We’re ready to see what developers around the :globe_showing_americas: are pushing to prod.

Space is limited. Apply by Sept 17, 2026.

I’m heading to OpenAI DevDay in San Francisco on September 29 from Tulsa, Oklahoma, and I’d love to connect with a few other attendees before we all get there.

Is anyone else coming from Oklahoma, Texas, the Midwest, or the central U.S.? I’m involved with Techlahoma and spend a lot of my time around the developer and AI community here.

If there’s interest, I’d be happy to organize a casual 30-minute video call sometime in September so we can meet beforehand, compare what everyone’s working on, and maybe coordinate coffee or dinner in San Francisco around DevDay.

Even if you’re coming from somewhere else, feel free to say hi—I’d enjoy knowing a few people before walking into the event.

I was selected for DevDay in San Francisco and I’m currently deciding whether to make the trip from Switzerland. I’d love to connect with other European attendees and hear from people who attended previous DevDays, especially whether the networking and technical sessions justified the long trip.

Coming in from Tulsa but I’d be happy to connect

Will build notes and project examples from each city be shared online for developers who cannot attend?

I will have to check with the team and confirm what’s planned and how this will be handled this year.

It’s a long and exciting day. With the proper preparation and follow-through, it can be an investment in the future of each attendee.

There are many representatives from large enterprises as well as successful independent developers, many of whom face similar challenges.

I think it’s definitely worth it.

Hi, I am attending from Norman oklahoma and will love to connect with you

I just bought my ticket and booked my trip and I’d love to connect with you @ThatGuySam. I’m based out of the Metro Detroit area in Michigan. Let me know the best way for us to connect!

The same goes to anyone else looking to connect beforehand.

Would love it if there were smaller satellite events in other places as well. We now have OpenAI office here in Stockholm and it would be great if there was a dev event here too, in some capacity. I co-run the Stockholm AI community - we’ve been running AI events since 2017 and would be more than happy to help organise this next time; of course there has to be willingness from OpenAI, but something to keep in mind?

Coming from Australia! I’ll be in SF for dev day too. Be great to say hi while we’re there. Happy to meet others as well @Acoufelt-Eddie

@adeluamary @Acoufelt-Eddie Great! Let’s connect on LinkedIn and see if we can setup a coffee meetup the day before or during the week:

Also @Chrissie the message above

Okay what’s your LinkedIn profile?

@adeluamary This after linkedin dot com (it won’t let me paste actual links)

Would love to connect with anyone but don’t know if/where I will be - depends on the lottery ticket. Aussie living in Stockholm here.

Hey @here,

Please refrain from sharing PII in this topic. I’d recommend DMing @Community-Moderators so we can facilitate an attendee group chat for you.
