Has anyone else experienced OpenAI copying an existing GPT of theirs? By introducing official versions with similar names, usage is being diverted away from our work. This practice is unethical, as it undermines the time and effort invested by community creators and erodes trust in the platform.
Traffic and engagement are being shifted as these GPTs are being placed above independent builder’s GPTs in search results. It would be great if they consider renaming the new gpts to ensure fairness and prevent official GPTs from overshadowing existing community-built ones.
