Does anyone have insight into OpenAI’s leadership team?

The company has such a poor support record. And usually, poor performance is a result of poor leadership.

I was sent an audio file from Chat GPT, claiming it performed a certain task. It got the task wrong, and nearly blew my speakers. When I contacted support, they behaved like there was no issue and ignored me when I insisted that there was, and that I have proof.
