No Response to Refund Request for Pre-Paid Credit

The customer service is abysmal—among the worst I’ve encountered. They rarely respond to messages, and when they do, it’s typically a generic boilerplate denying refunds or credits for service or API issues, even when the fault lies entirely on their end. Requests for escalation to a supervisor are simply ignored. Their approach suggests they view regular customers’ losses as inconsequential, treating support as a privilege reserved solely for high-paying businesses.
