Hi everyone,

I wanted to share a quick win for anyone doubting the power of AI-assisted coding.

For years, I was a “Drag and Drop” WordPress builder. I understood the logic, but syntax was a wall I couldn’t climb. I’m also a Taxi Driver with 14 years on the road, not a CS grad.

In the last 10 weeks or less, using ChatGPT (and Gemini) as my “Senior Coding Partner,” I have:

  1. Built HeiyuQuiz: A real-time multiplayer trivia game (Node.js/Vanilla JS) with ad monetization.

  2. Built HeiyuBudget: A specialized SaaS tax tool for Irish Taxi Drivers (Next.js/Supabase) with voice-input and CSV exports.

The AI didn’t just “write the code” for me; it taught me architecture, database security (RLS), and how to think like a Product Engineer rather than just a website assembler.

The barrier to entry is officially gone. If you have the domain knowledge (like knowing what taxi drivers need), AI gives you the hands to build it.
