I’m waiting for the new voice model for nearly a month. in the notification, it said it will release in the coming weeks to plus users. Does any plus users have already used the new feature? I can’t see any demo of using it except the official one.

I saw the same notification. I don’t have it yet. I saw in another conversation in here that, allegedly, a limited number of plus users will be getting the alpha version and then the beta will be released in the coming months. It wasn’t linked to any particular announcement, so I’m not sure if it’s the truth.
You can see the notification, whenever you like, by touching the little information icon (i) in the upper right corner, while the Chat-GPT app is listening in voice mode. See screenshots:
