New Free Tier Account created but got no Credits

Hi!
Since half an hour I’ve got a new OpenAI Account. I created an API Key, but on the Usage Tab I cannot see any credits. And in the playground I get an error that there are no credits left for me.
What’s going on here?

Starting about a week ago, new accounts that seemed to meet all quafications started getting no credits, and all pages regarding trial credits being received after API key creation were edited or wiped from the help system.

They seem discontinued.

I think an infomation for all the trial users would be very helpful instead of leaving them in confusion, why things do not work anymore.
