Is anyone experiencing this?
Memory just rolled out across Chatgpt Plus & Teams.
My GPT Plus account has personalization options yet my GPT Teams account does not? I am in the USA incase that matters? See screenshots below:
It’s not available for teams. Apparently teams subscribers are second class users. We also still cannot do things like download our chat history.

The phrase ‘to come’ in the context of ‘Team, Enterprise, and GPTs to come’ indicates that these features are planned to be available in the future.
This means they are not yet implemented but are expected to be rolled out at a later date.

I am a full-year paid member of the team, and I still haven’t received that feature. I’m puzzled as to why OpenAI treats Plus users better than Team users, especially considering that we pay significantly more and also pay upfront.
Why we pay for Team if we feel like second class, plus user way better than us.
the problem is there is no downgrade for Team. waste of Money
I don’t know what spell of stupid I was under yesterday but I completely missed that. Thank you for pointing that out

Same here & agreed, if I didn’t rely on the message limit being doubled I wouldn’t be using it at all. Looks like they do the same for enterprise users as well. I wonder if it has something to do with stability being a higher priority for those tiers?
