My organisation got hacked and $2000 stolen

3 days ago, some hackers got access to my OpenAI organisation where I had my payment information saved. The hackers topped up the account with openai credits worth $2000 and kicked me out.

My shitty bank didn’t even request an otp for some reason and they still can’t explain why.

Openai support is the worse I’ve seen, they respond every 24 hours with the most robotic useless messages. I told them I lost $2000 through you and they were literally like “send us your email and company name and we’ll setup a new org for you!”

Any suggestions?

The only thing you can do is talk with your bank and to OpenAI support.

I have just experienced the same. The scammer with this email womangayatri@gmail.com has hijacked my organisation and removed me as the owner. Open AI is not even responding to support. Have you been able to resolved this issue
