My GPT has been banned - what shall I do?

I am the creator of the Stata GPT in the GPT store.

Apparently is violating the rules of the GPT store for harmful content. That’s suprising given that I just provide a tool for users of Stata for them to fix their code.

ChatGPT is very bad with Stata probably because it was not trained on it, and I gave it a prompt already 1 year and half ago to help users.

Since the usage has been crazy, more than 1k review and more than 10k usages.

However it got banned two weeks ago.

I just don’t understand why? Could I get some support?

Everything I get from ChatGPT are automatic messages, I will just benefiting from understanding what I need to change and I will do.

I thought it was maybe for using the word Stata, which I don’t do it in any commercial way.

But it happens to be that’s not the case - so then what?

To contact with OpenAI Help Center and start a chat using widget on bottom-right side of the page with OpenAI support, follow steps below:

1 - Go to ChatGPT and log in with the account you want to use.

2- Go to Help Center and select the Chat widget icon.

3- Click on Messages

4- Click on Ask a question
