Hi everyone,
I want to share a project that is very important to me: I’ve developed a custom GPT for early autism screening (ChatGPT - Early Screening for Autism (12-24 months)).
My goal is to provide families with young children who show “concerning” behaviors with an accessible tool that can help guide them toward a specialist evaluation more quickly. This can contribute to early diagnosis and timely intervention.
Despite the social importance of this project, it has received little visibility (I created it as soon as GPTs were introduced), but I truly believe it could be very helpful if more people knew about it.
DISCLAIMER
This is not a diagnostic tool, but rather a support to help identify early signs and facilitate the path toward a more in-depth clinical observation by specialists. The distinction between screening and diagnosis is crucial: screening is the first step in understanding whether it may be necessary to consult an expert, while diagnosis is the result of a thorough clinical evaluation.
I’d love to hear your feedback on how to improve it and what strategies could help it reach more people. If you have any suggestions, experiences, or thoughts on this, I’d be happy to discuss them with you.
Here’s the link to my GPT again: ChatGPT - Early Screening for Autism (12-24 months)
Thanks!
