My entire dashboard went BLANK

Help, my entire dashboard went blank and I’ve already tried what I can:

  • Logged off my account

  • Reset my cookies and logins

  • Restart the browser/device

Just the basics really. And while I can log in to my account, it’s not letting me view anything.

I also scoured the forum for anyone with a similar problem, but couldn’t find any. (Most of the ones I found were about blank GPTs or easily resolved by a quick reset or deletion of said chat.)

As for my issue, it’s the entire thing.

This happened while I was asking GPT-4 to modify a column in a CSV I uploaded. Everything was working out fine until it said ‘Unauthorized’.

(Just searched similar topics like this and there seems to be no apparent solution besides “it will resolve by itself.”)

If anyone knows a solution besides that, please let me know.

I have the same problem. Seems that patience has to be the key

Same issue for me. I have tried all the same obvious remedies, with no success. Tried to log into desktop, mobile, different browsers, incognito mode. No luck.

Same problem here, it just happened to me.

same issue, happened about 30 min ago to me. Tried logging in from a different device, didn’t help

issue just resolved itself about 5 min ago.

Update: All fixed now. Issue resolved by itself.
