im setting up my ap accounts for specific software but it is not working and come up with an error message, what am I doing wrong?

I have already upped my usgae limnit to 20$ and still the same error message. do I have to prepay?

Yes, you need to prepay first. The limit which you set is just the maximum it “can” use.
