Hi I am facing the below error when calling open AI api to get the response: Suddenly this is coming and my billing info is same as earlier, how to fix this, need help.
openai.error.RateLimitError: Your account is not active, please check your billing details on our website.
Please check that your account has an active, valid credit card assigned to it. Please actually open up your account page and double check that the card listed is actually active and valid. if all is well then you need to reach out to help.openai.com and use the support bot in the bottom right corner.
Hi, very strange I have an active account and correct payment method also activated. Still getting billing error. Very difficult to figure out. Also on help page bot, there is no live support. Still I posted a question.
You should report this to the support bot on help.openai.com so that it can be looked at, use the icon in the bottom right corner and leave your contact details and an explanation of what’s happening.
