My account is a Plus account with $2,500 in API credit. I haven’t violated any rules, but a few days ago when I logged in, it said “You do not have an account because it has been deleted or deactivated.” I filed an appeal at https://help.openai.com/ and emailed support@openai.com, but I haven’t received any human response. Has anyone else encountered this situation, and how can I resolve it? Thanks.
I’m sorry to hear that your account has been deactivated.
From my experience, it seems that even after contacting support, about a month can pass without any response, and the account is eventually deleted.
I’ve never heard of a deactivated account being reinstated.
