I see Chinese, Mandarin with unwanted topics. What is wrong with OpenAI? Is my account being hacked? Where is the security in this case?

I’m sorry to reply , I’m new and this may not be what’s occuring , but check your settings within gpt , assure that your default launguage is set to your preference, if this setting is correct , I would consider , the possibility that your divice has been hacked/infected this is not an issue that is necessarily indictive of ChatGPT… there are many possible causes and several solutions.
Log out of all signed-in instances.
If you’re using a browser extension or something else, it might be using your log-in to take-over your account.

All settings were done properly, I did check.
Now, I have set a 2FA using Authenticator now. But this is so disturbing to see my account being hacked. How is this even possible? I saw topics about NIFTY and some guy’s photo being uploaded and etc. Really creepy.
Should I keep the government of India informed since it is sensitive?
I did everything as per the security process. Now it’s on OAUTH process and I signed out from all devices and waited for over 1 hour. Still if you see the JAPANESE TOPICS are coming and the hacker is using my GPT.
I am fed up with this totally. I have unsubscribed GPT plans.
hello mate, same thing is happening to me right now. Did they have your problem solved?? Just out of curiosity: have you done a deep seek account with the same user email as gpt, just out of curiosity??

I think you should not wait about account issues, but you need to contact support team on Help page.
To contact with OpenAI Help Center and start a chat using widget on bottom-right side of the page with OpenAI support, follow steps below:
1 - Go to ChatGPT and log in with the account you want to use.
2- Go to Help Center and select the Chat widget icon.
3- Click on Messages
4- Click on Ask a question
