Our new tool uses MCP and many of our users have ChatGPT. But a few have said they don’t have the Add custom MCP server option in their ChatGPT Plus account yet. The AI support assistant at contact@openai.com seems to reference old info and didn’t help.
It seems to still be rolling out to Plus accounts. But is there a way to have my customers request this feature for their accounts?
