I’ve been facing the same issue since November 26! We were in the middle of pre-testing before going live, and now this happens. It’s frustrating how unreliable this API is. We’re on Tier 4 and not even close to hitting the TPD cap, yet we’re still running into problems. Support is also non-existant.
