Hello, I’m experiencing a bug with GPT-4o on Android. Even though memory is enabled, and I can see saved entries in Settings → Personalization → Manage Memory, the chatbot fails to recall any of the saved items across sessions.
I tried saving important details to memory in previous chats, but GPT-4o keeps forgetting them even in the same session or when starting a new one.
This issue started recently (June 15, 2025).
I confirmed that others are reporting similar issues today. Please clarify if this is part of a known regression or update-related bug.
