Team member invitations are not working. Any help how to troubleshoot and find out what is the issue and how to resolve this issue. Appreciate your help.

Can you add any more detail, when you say “not working” do you get any error codes? Is your account paid up to date?
Thanks for your quick response. Yes our account is paid up to date. We are not getting any error after sending member invite to team member. Unfortunately that member is not receiving any invite email. Talked to microsoft also and they confirmed they didnt see any email received from openAI. Our domain also verified with openAI.
My issue is resolved and members are receiving the invite emails.
