I am from India. I am trying add credits to my OpenAI account, but when I am trying add it using Matercard debit card, OpenAI throws “your card is declined”. Account has sufficient funds, international transactions is enables, address is right. Why is it? Thanks in advance

I have exactly the same problem. They charged me $5 temporarily and it was still declined. I tried different cards from different banks and followed all the troubleshooting steps. Cards are still getting declined.
