Back in 2024 I manually added $5 credit to my account (not the free trial). I never used it, but when I checked today my balance shows $0. On my Usage page there’s no record of any activity that would explain this.
Has anyone else faced this issue? Does manually added credit expire, or could this be a billing/account migration problem?
