Could it be that the credit has expired?

My company deposited about 100$ into an API account over a year ago.
I haven’t used it yet, but I want to do so today (about 62 weeks later).

However, I can’t see any credit anywhere, the generated API keys are not valid and I can only look back 12 months in the payment history.

Could it be that the credit has expired?

API credits generally expire within one year. The original credits should still show - but as expired.

You can find the policy governing this here. Point 4 addresses the expiration:

  1. All sales of Services, including sales of prepaid Services, are final. Service Credits are not refundable and expire one year after the date of purchase or issuance if not used, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
