I have purchased plus plan, i started generating image using 4o , it turned out its using old DALL-E model and images are really shit. what can i do ? How can i support them to fix this.
PS. i deleted old chat, memory , cache etc

Log in back after 30 minutes

I have the same issue. Logged out for 6 hours and it didn’t work.Also support did not respond
It looks it is not a problem on your side on browser. It is related your account issue.
You need to contact support team on Help page.
To contact with OpenAI Help Center and start a chat using widget on bottom-right side of the page with OpenAI support, follow steps below:
1 - Go to ChatGPT and log in with the account you want to use.
2- Go to Help Center and select the Chat widget icon.
3- Click on Messages
4- Click on Ask a question
