Atlas shouldn’t be storing passwords in its own local system. On macOS, it should rely fully on the native Passwords app and its APIs — that’s the security model people trust.
Right now the flow is split. The password field pulls from the Passwords app correctly, but 2FA codes don’t populate. I just logged into OpenAI and had to manually open the Passwords app to copy the code. That breaks the macOS experience and slows down the login flow.
Atlas should adopt the full macOS autofill + 2FA integration path end-to-end.
