I have the same issue.
I topped off just this morning, only did $2.67 of requests today, +$5.42 yesterday, but my billing already shows zero dollar left, and the math just doesn’t add up here:

Can you click on the “view monthly bill for whole organisation” button and share that usage? The screenshot you shared is in project view, meaning it is only showing usage for that one project, which may not reflect total usage.

My suspicion is that some of your credits expired, looking at those balances on the side—can you see more with “expired” if you scroll down?

What I see that is really funky in that screenshot is a remaining balance on a credit that is negative, and its expiration only being a month after the payment.
Something is screwed up.
You can also view the previous months of the entire org. See if any huge charges rolled in there after the fact.

I have a similar issue. Yesterday I had $70+ in my account, then I received an email that my account was billed for $3.77 via auto recharge. This makes no sense, because my setting are: When your credit balance reaches $5.00, your payment method will be charged to bring the balance up to $50.00.
I’ve no idea how it could even reach $70 with the settings as I have them.

This morning, I encountered an unexpected issue with my OpenAI API billing. Typically, I spend around $10 per day with two automatic refills. However, today I noticed an unusual discrepancy where my card was charged four times before 7 a.m., amounting to $20 in charges, but the billing account only reflects one transaction.
Currently, my balance shows $7, while my actual API usage for the day is only $2. This suggests there may have been a repeat payment error. Below are the relevant bill references:
